Appointments & Cancellation

  • On time of booking, we take a non refundable deposit from £15.00 to secure your booking (Depending on treatment price)
  • If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us immediately on 024 7647 3146. we require 48 hours notice for cancellation or to rearrange an appointment without a charge.
  • Cancellations or appointments changed with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 100% of treatment cost. Any appointments cancelled or rearranged with 24 hours or less notice will be charged with the full treatment cost.
  • Please arrive for your appointment at least 15 minutes in advance so that the necessary paperwork can be completed. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time or loss of appointment. The Healthy Practice aim to provide all services on time, however, should we need to cancel or postpone your appointment at short notice, we will make every effort to contact you in advance. No children under the age of 16 years must be left unattended within the clinic at any time.
  • Small children must be accompanied by an adult and The Healthy Practice ask that clients respect other clients’ treatment and that noise is kept to a minimum at all times.

What we do with the information we gather

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

– to provide the services you have requested
