About Us

Complementary therapy is used in conjunction with conventional medical treatment, and sometimes as an alternative medicine.

Most complementary therapies take on a holistic approach to healing and can be useful in the treatment of a wide range of conditions, as well as promoting general good health and vitality. A complementary therapist, however, never claims to cure or diagnose any illness.

We find our work very fulfilling and rewarding, having the ability to help people to feel better, and reduce pain and stress. Most people can benefit from complementary therapies in one way or another.

Response to, and results from treatments will vary from individual to individual and will be dependent on many factors including those outside of our control.  Whilst we can advise of the potential benefits from treatments we can not offer any guarantee.  All treatments are undertaken on this understanding and this is drawn to your attention at the outset. No refunds will be given.

At The Healthy Practice we maintain a tranquil and relaxing environment for all our clients, we kindly ask that no child under the age of Ten accompanies a client to their session.  While we understand that family time is precious, and we offer our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.  However,  we believe this will ensure a serene atmosphere for all our guests to unwind and rejuvenate.

As therapists we are bound by a code of professionalism and ethics. Confidentiality and client care are always of utmost importance.
