At the Healthy Practice we offer all three levels of Reiki attunement in the Usui System of Natural Healing. Each attunement is carried out on a personal, one-to-one basis over the course of a day with only you and the Reiki Master present.
Reiki level I
You will receive four attumnements during Reiki level I which are focused on opening up the chakras so that the physical body can accept the energy.
During the Reiki I you will learn:
- the history of Reiki
- the principles of Reiki
- how to prepare for a Reiki attunement
- hand positions for self treatment
- the chakras and indications of any imbalances
You will experience a different feeling as the Reiki attunement clears out any negative energy blocks within your boady during the 21 day self cleansing procedure. Once attuned you will never lose the abiitlity of Reiki.
Reiki level II
Reiki level II opens up additional energy centres and gives you additional sacred symbols to use.
During the day you will:
- receive another four attunements
- be introduced to the Reiki level II symbols that increase your healing capacity
- understand how to conduct a distance healing
- understand how to become more grounded
- learn more about working with people and Reiki
- learn more about protection, room clearing and more
- Learn more about practicing reiki professionally
Reiki level III / Master
All the Reiki energy is unlocked when attuned to this level. At this level the initiate will be able to perform Reiki attunements to others. You must have been previously attuned to Level I and II in order to receive this level.
Please note: You will receive a Reiki manual and certificates on completion of the attunements, as well as on-going advice and support.
